Steve is a lifelong multi-sport athlete with years of experience coaching young players in both individual and group settings. His approach blends strong fundamentals with a calm, encouraging energy — helping athletes feel supported while being challenged to improve.
He’s worked with players of all ages and skill levels, from first-time little leaguers to competitive high-school standouts. Steve’s goal is always the same: build confident, well-rounded athletes through clear instruction, thoughtful progression, and genuine connection.
His coaching style is rooted in the same values he brings to the ocean — mind, body, focus, and presence. Instead of overwhelming players with information, he teaches simple, repeatable movement patterns that create real, lasting improvement.
